Form 1 embarked on an journey into the world of ancient Rome through an immersive Roman Day workshop with 'History Off the Page'. Transported back in time to a bustling Roman fort, the ÐÔÓÃÉç were engrossed in a vivid recreation of life during that era and engaged in hands-on activities such as becoming lamp, leather and metals workers, wax tablet and mosaic workers, scribes, fresco painters, beauticians and charm makers.Ìý
Form 4ÌývisitedÌýWandleburyÌýCountry Park, a 110-acre estate in the Gog Magog hills, just south of Cambridge. The ÐÔÓÃÉçÌýspent a whole day’s learning about the life of the inhabitants of the Iron Age. They had a guided tour of the site,ÌýlearntÌýall aboutÌýWandlebury'sÌýpast and what evidence has been found to show what it would have looked like in the Iron Age, including the hill fort complete with circular ditch.

We are thrilled to share the news that Ed Walker, an alumnus of ÐÔÓÃÉç, was awarded an MBE in the late Queen's Birthday Honours for his exceptional contributions in the field of homelessness. Ed's journey began in 2010 when he founded Hope into Action (HiA), a charity dedicated to addressing the plight of homelessness.

The annual House Cross Country RunÌýfor Forms 4 to 6 is a sporting event the ÐÔÓÃÉç train for in their Games and PE lessons and combines the excitement of competing for their House, as well as the chance to run around the beautiful St John’s Playing Fields. This year, Deputy Director of Sport, Mr David Millward, changed the format with a moving finishing line, meaning the fastest runners ran the furthest and were the last ones to finish. This enabled others who had already been ‘caught’ by the moving red flag to support those still running from the sidelines.
